Venture Sports eBikes, operated by Venture Sports Inc., offers text updates and two-way support about your bike repair or order. Messages may include repair questions, progress updates, ready-for-pickup notices, and requested bike or parts arrival updates. This service does not include promotional offers.
Your choice
We send these service texts after you agree to receive them. You can choose a phone call instead, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying a product or receiving service. Messages cover the service or order updates you agreed to receive.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your repair, order and replies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop texts or get help
Reply STOP to stop service texts. You may receive one confirmation of your request. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also email support@venturesportstx.com. After stopping texts, use this email for help; HELP may not return a reply.
Message delivery
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
