Going to Venture Sports was a great choice. I have discovered that most bike shops will only work on bikes they sell. That is unfortunate for the many people like me who order online and have no local service shops. After trying a few other places, I found Venture Sports not only agreed to replace my flat rear tube, they went the extra mile when they found it extremely difficult to remove the tire (as also reported by many on social media sites). Despite it being a difficult job, they charged exactly what they quoted and at the ETA they predicted. The staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend them!
Originally bought a D2 but it was too tall and too heavy for me. I'm an active senior 5' 60+ years young. The breeze worked out much better for me. No falls and easy to maneuver.
Back on the road again!
