Kenric was very helpful and communicative, he honored a mistakenly discounted price and appreciative of his collaboration. Would do business with him again and helped me get my bike into my car which was a challenge for both of us.
I took my Aventon Aventure 2 to Kenric because the gears weren't shifting properly after riding it 600 miles. Kenric did a full maintenance on my bike and let me know it was ready with 24 hours! He did an amazing job setting expectations and communicating about the work completed. My bike shifts smooth like butter now 🙌🏾 I would highly recommend you bring your bike to Bike Dr. Kenric as he will take great care of it.

9/2/2025: Purchased two Aventon Pace 500.3 step through bikes for my wife and I. After talking with the shop owner / operator Kenric on the telephone we travelled the 3 hours drive to Round Rock to buy the bikes from him. He is a very friendly, genuinely personable and very knowledgeable person. He goes well beyond the call to make you get the right bike for yourself and takes the time to build different bikes to insure you get the right bike to fit your needs.
I would travel the distance again to purchase a bike from him. There is no need to go elsewhere if you are looking for an electric bike. He has a good selection and can get you on the right bike for you. This was a truly pleasure purchase experience.
Truly happy with the Aventon bikes and highly recommend them and Kenric’s shop too!
