I compared many brands online and Aventon was always at the top of the lists for best bikes. I wanted a commuter bike and the Level.3 consistently got excellent reviews, usually with most reviewers saying it was their # 1 pick as the BEST commuter bike available. We went to Venture Sports in Round Rock, TX and test drove a couple of the Aventon bikes besides the Level.3 and I found it clicked all the boxes for what I was looking for. I also test drove a couple other brands but really liked the quality build of the Aventon and the way it rode (not to mention the great, easy to use Aventon app.) The Level.3 was on sale at a savings of $200 for their Black Friday sale so I bought the large Sandstone Step Through. I guess the only “complaint” I have is that I absolutely LOVE the Matte Aurora color that’s offered in the Step Over and wish it was available in the Step Through model as well.

Professional from start to finish! We are thrilled with how smoothly everything went. They were experts in their field, took great care with taking apart and reassembling. We watched the assembly process - had NO idea the skill and process involved - impressive to see. Highly recommend! Great pricing as well.
